INSURANCE AND BILLING

We accept most traditional insurance plans.  Please contact our office to verify our acceptance of your plan. McKinney Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We also offer a flexible payment plan option to make your life easier.  Please see our Financial Coordinator for more details.

Dental Membership Program

Any patient who does not have dental insurance can purchase a membership. Memberships are not insurance. All dental care must be provided by McKinney Dental. The program benefits are NOT transferrable to another dental practice. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of the program. Memberships are for one year. All benefits must be used during the one year period. Memberships begin on the day of purchase. Membership dues are payable in full at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable. Cash, check or credit card payments are accepted. Members will received 15% off (13% if paid by credit card) any additional dental services not specifically listed as a member benefit. Payment is due on the date of service to receive the discount.

For children 12 & Under

 
  • Routine cleanings (2 per year)
  • Routine oral exams (2 per year)
  • Bitewing x-rays
  • Fluoride Treatment (2 per year)
  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • 15% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by cash or check on the day of service
  • 13% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by credit card on the day of service

Membership Fee: $295/year

Adult

For Patients with regular dental cleanings

 

  • Routine cleanings (2 per year)
  • Routine oral exams (2 per year)
  • Bitewing x-rays
  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • 15% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by cash or check on the day of service
  • 13% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by credit card on the day of service

Membership Fee: $325/year

Periodontal

For Patients with periodontal (gum) disease

 

  • Periodontal maintenance cleanings (3-4 per year as determined by your dentist)
  • Routine oral exams by your general dentist (2 per year)
  • Bitewing x-rays
  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • 15% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by cash or check on the day of service
  • 13% of all additional regularly priced services when paid by credit card on the day of service

Membership Fee: $650/year
